Policy
Terms of Use
These terms apply to everyone who uses this website, including the public accreditation register.
Version 1.0 — last reviewed January 2026
1. Using this site
You may read this site and search the register freely. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to application data, or scrape the register at a volume that affects other users.
2. Register information
The register shows the accreditation position as recorded by CPD England. We take care to keep it accurate and update it promptly when accreditation is issued, varied or withdrawn. A register entry confirms that the named activity was reviewed against our published standards and accredited for the dates shown. It is not an endorsement of the provider's other products, pricing or commercial conduct.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is clinical, legal or regulatory advice. Clinicians remain responsible for judging whether an activity is relevant to their scope of practice and for recording CPD appropriately for appraisal and revalidation.
4. No regulatory status
CPD England is an independent accreditation body. It is not a regulator, and it is not endorsed by the General Medical Council, a Royal College or any government department.
5. Intellectual property
The CPD England name, mark, accreditation standards and site content belong to CPD England. You may quote short extracts of the standards with attribution. The accreditation mark may only be used by accredited providers under the Logo Usage Policy.
6. External links
Provider websites are linked for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site and register available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. These terms may change; the current version always applies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
